8:00 – 9:00 PM -Welcome & Charcuterie + Salads

Welcome and Festive charcuterie board (cured meats, cheeses, olives, crackers, fruits & nuts) and two salads are served: Apple, Bacon & Walnut (non-veg) and Watermelon, Feta & Mint (veg)

Host introduces the menu and the night’s flow.

9:00 – 10:00 PM - Mains Service

Warm, hearty mains plated family-style.

Non-Veg: Chicken Pot-Pie Casserole & Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken Thighs with creamy butter mash and herbed winter vegetables.

Veg option: Mushroom Pot-Pie or Honey-Mustard Roasted Cauliflower, same sides. Guests serve themselves; host offers pairing notes.

10:00 – 11:00 PM - Dessert, Toast & Slow Social

Warm Christmas Plum Cake with vanilla ice-cream is served. Raise a glass of mulled wine (or spiced non-alcoholic cider) for a closing toast, followed by relaxed music, photos and farewell.
