Pretty Pottery in India

In the first hour, participants are welcomed with a calming tea session and a gentle introduction to pottery. They learn about different types of clay, the tools involved, and practice the art of centering the clay, beginning to shape simple forms with their hands.

The second hour is dedicated to wheel-throwing, where participants create bowls, cups, or vases under guided instruction. This phase encourages exploration of textures, carving techniques, and personal creativity, all set to soft background music that enhances relaxation and focus

In the final hour, participants refine their creations through smoothing, trimming, and adding finishing touches. They also choose glaze colors and learn about the firing process. The workshop concludes with group reflection, photos with their pieces, and a short relaxation ritual, leaving everyone with a sense of calm and accomplishment
