The valley may be a bit barren and rugged, but it is one of the best places to satisfy your wanderlust. This cold desert in the lands of Himachal houses many tiny hamlets, terrains of green meadows, and a chance for your perfect rendezvous.
Spiti Valley is a paradise for trekkers, adventurers, and lovers. Clear air, blue skies, and puffy clouds or starry night, dreamy moonlight, and midnight stroll; you name it because Spiti Valley offers you all of them! So what are you waiting for? Get on the bandwagon already!
Itinerary
You’ll be boarding the Golden Temple train (12903) from Bandra terminus at 18:30pm.

The group will assemble at Ambala by 07:00 PM (tentative). Travelers arriving by flight are advised to reach Chandigarh by 08:00 PM.

Arrive in Sangla in the morning and check in at the hotel/homestay. After freshening up and breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border.
Explore the beautiful village and surrounding landscapes before returning to Sangla.

After breakfast, depart from Sangla towards Tabo through the spectacular landscapes of Spiti Valley. Travel via Khab–Sangnam, witnessing the dramatic mountain terrain and scenic valleys along the way.
Enroute, explore Nako Lake and visit the historic Nako Monastery. Continue your journey towards Tabo and check in at the hotel/homestay.
If time permits, we will also visit the historic Tabo Monastery on the same day, which is otherwise planned for the following day.

Kalpa
Breakfast, Dinner
Start the day with a visit to the historic Tabo Monastery. Later, proceed towards Kaza, enjoying the breathtaking scenery of the Spiti Valley. Enroute, visit Dhankar Monastery, perched dramatically above the Spiti Valley.
Continue the journey towards Lingti Waterfall, subject to road and weather conditions. Arrive in Kaza and relax.

Tabo
Breakfast, Dinner
Explore the high-altitude villages and iconic landmarks around Kaza. Visit Key Monastery, one of the most prominent monasteries in Spiti Valley, followed by Chicham Bridge, one of the highest motorable bridges in the Asia.
Continue to Langza, famous for its Giant Buddha Statue and fossil-rich landscape; Komic, one of the highest villages in the world; and Hikkim, home to one of the world’s highest post office. Return to Kaza by evening.

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive from Kaza towards Kalpa. Travel through the dramatic landscapes of Spiti and Kinnaur, with beautiful mountain views and photo stops along the way. Arrive in Kalpa and relax.

After breakfast, visit Kalpa Monastery and explore the scenic Suicide Point. Later, begin your journey towards Delhi/Ambala.
