How it works

  1. At checkout, tick Add Thrivia Guarantee (+1%). The 1% is added to your total.
  2. Your booking is protected from the moment you pay.
  3. Attend the experience and enjoy. There is nothing more to do.
  4. If the experience does not take place, you're fully refunded, including the 1% Guarantee fee.

Good to know

Thrivia Guarantee is optional and available only on events that accept online payments. It is separate from the creator's standard platform fee.

For non-guaranteed bookings, the event's own cancellation policy applies and standard fees are non-refundable.
