IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. Modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting on the Platform or notifying you at support@thrivia.io. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
The Services are intended for users who are of age as per governing law and regulations unless a stricter age requirement is stated elsewhere in these Terms. All users who are minors must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services where applicable.
Thrivia is a discovery and marketplace platform that enables Creators/Partners (individuals or entities that offer Experiences such as trips, workshops, shows, tours, classes, retreats, and similar activities) to list Experiences and enables Users (consumers/participants) to discover, book, pay for and review those Experiences.
Important operational clarifications:
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website and app designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, logos and the "Thrivia" name and marks (collectively, the "Content" and the "Marks").
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose.
Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Services or Content may be exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You may be required to register to use parts of the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and be responsible for all activity on your account.
Thrivia supports payment methods shown at checkout (card networks, UPI, net banking, wallets). All payments shall be in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Thrivia and its payment processors to charge your chosen payment method when you place a booking.
All Booking Fees are payable in full upfront unless explicitly provided otherwise. The Firm reserves the right to issue refunds or credits, after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes, strictly in accordance with the applicable Partner's cancellation policy.
Timeline for Refunds: For all valid cancellations, the Firm shall initiate the refund within seven (7) business days from the date the refund request is confirmed as valid.

The Services may invite you to create, submit, post, display, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials ("Contributions"). You are responsible for what you post and must ensure it complies with these Legal Terms.
By posting Contributions, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for operating and promoting the Services.
When posting reviews:
You may link your account with third-party social media accounts. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their terms.

These Legal Terms remain in force while you use the Services. Thrivia may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts for any reason including breach of these Legal Terms or applicable law.
Thrivia reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
These Legal Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from these Legal Terms.
The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
There may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the Services. Thrivia reserves the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.
Safety and assumption of risk:
IN NO EVENT WILL THRIVIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THRIVIA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THRIVIA IN THE TWO (2) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, or claim arising out of:
Thrivia will maintain certain data you transmit while using the Services. You are responsible for data you transmit or that relates to your activity.
You consent to receive electronic communications from Thrivia and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. You agree to the use of electronic signatures and contracts.
